SSKIN bundle: preventing pressure damage across the health-care community

摘要: The SSKIN bundle is an evidence-based set of interventions that help to prevent pressure damage. This article describes a scientific approach using the Model for Improvement (MFI) and collaborative style learning quickly reliably implement across integrated health-care organisation including primary community care. Teams used MFI took pragmatic adapt make it fit purpose in many different clinical settings. Quick wins, long-term gains challenges are discussed. Ideas future adaptations use offered.
