摘要: Abstract Most interfirm studies focus only on the strategies of strategic partnerships, such as joint ventures, technology transferring agreements, licensing agreements; study here provides interfirm-network knowledge protocols for designing interfirm-service processes in high-technology machinery industry (HTMI) by small-and-medium enterprise (SME) networks from perspectives extremely-rapid industrial-service flexibility (X-ISF). Based decision system analysis (DSA) method, this constructs an X-ISF research model consisting major variables internal ISF (X-I ISF), external (X-E and cooperative networks. This applies a mixed methods (qualitative quantitative) design to understand decision-making influence antecedent conditions upstream-to-downstream firms' performance. The finds that mutual relationships between X-I X-E are substantially unbalanced — impact firm performance external-to-internal (X-in) is greater than internal-to-external (X-out) ISF. Recognize need lead with sustain adoption-implementation superior principal take-away strategy implication.
