摘要: Summary In experimental infections the phenomenon of lysis symbiotic bacteria (SB) in host-cell nucleus was discovered for first time. Light optical investigations were made 308 possible combinations 44 clones originally symbiont-free Paramecium bursaria by 7 strains SB Holospora acuminata different origin. 5% cases studied early stages infection appeared to be same as susceptible strains, but all lysed during 1–2 days after their penetration nucleus. The dynamics and ultrastructural peculiarities bacterial thoroughly studied. Possible microevolutionary consequences direct contacts heterologous genetic materials system are discussed.
