摘要: HERMES, also called RBPMS, is a conserved RNA binding protein with single recognition motif (RRM) that abundantly expressed in retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) and the heart vertebrates. Here, we identified NonO PSF as interacting proteins of HERMES only when neuronal differentiation cell line RGC-5 was induced. Although are nuclear paraspeckle components, these formed cytoplasmic granules neurites. G3BP1, component stress granules, colocalized to even absence cellular stress. Consistent previous report KIF5 interacts localization KIF5A overlapped differentiated cells. Thus, our study strongly suggests granule containing NonO, PSF, G3BP1 RNA–protein transported neurites during differentiation.
