摘要: Two methods for the discrete orientation representation of continuous orentation distribution functions (ODFs) are presented. The first one is based on cumulative ODF, while second uses a minimum distance criterion. properties these new techniques discussed and contrasted with each other as well an earlier method which cutting below certain limiting intensity. Four kinds tests have been carried out techniques: i. their performance in reproducing ii. prediction physical parameters, R M values, iii. deformation texture predictions, iv. rediscretizations during modelling. results show good applicability proposed two discretization approximating to calculate parameters modelling, even at relatively low number orientations. technique, however, found be unprecise, large On basis obtained rediscretization tests, technique modelling twinning codes has proposed.
