摘要: Focus is on the implementation of texture-induced plastic anisotropy in FE simulations metal forming. The crystallographic texture can be introduced as a state variable every integration point. A multi-scale model then called to calculate stress-strain response and local evolution point for strain increment. Less calculation-intensive use anisotropic analytical constitutive models, identified advance from mechanical tests. These also done “virtual” way, i. e. using measured data model. However, not taken into account. An adaptive scheme updating has been developed recently. Texture were updated by ALAMEL-model. Results some sheet forming processes are shown. calculation times had reduced months days. Predicted fields textures discussed including experimental validation.
