摘要: Aim:This paper reports the development, piloting and validation of a tool to measure attitudes for use with nursing staff working in acute mental health care units.Background:The quality provided service users has come under both scrutiny severe criticism. Five components retained, accounting 42% variance, five rotated factors identified. resultant 'Attitudes Towards Acute Mental Health Scale' (AT-AMHS) achieved good internal reliability, Cronbach's alpha 0.72.Conclusion:The construction ATAMHS will enable improved understanding settings occur.
