A highly sensitive biosensor based on a 3D gold nanostructure modified screen-printed electrode for glucose detection

摘要: In this study, we investigated a simple glucose biosensor based on 3D gold nanostructure modified screen-printed electrode. The was electrochemically fabricated the working electrode of commercially available using an aqua regia dissolved bulk solution as precursor. Potassium ferricyanide and oxidase were then sequentially coated onto prepared for detection. Glucose detections illustrated that proposed devices could perform sensitivity 71.12 μA mM-1cm-2 with linear detection range from 0.27-5.6 mM. A fast response time less than 2 s observed. Moreover, only 5mL specimen is required due to incorporation
