摘要: Abstract Most noninvasive blood pressure (NIBP) devices use the oscillometric method. Published studies of methodology introduced varied algorithmic approaches for determination systolic (SBP), diastolic (DBP), and mean arterial (MAP) pressures. While there is a general agreement about MAP determination, controversy exists SBP DBP. Accuracy has been questioned validation have revealed problems.
