The state of personalized treatment for anxiety disorders: A systematic review of treatment moderators.

摘要: Abstract Introduction The aim of this review was to synthesize findings for moderators treatment outcome across adult anxiety disorders, obsessive–compulsive disorder, and posttraumatic stress disorder. Methods Twenty-four papers that compared two or more active treatments (at least one which a form cognitive behavioral therapy [CBT]) were identified organized into five comparison categories (distinct psychotherapy combinations, CBT full package vs. single components, augmented CBT, delivery methods, pharmacotherapy). Sixty-three distinct baseline tested seven (symptom severity, comorbid emotional disorders reactivity, maintenance factors, personality traits sociodemographic biological factors). Results Few consistent identified. All studies testing quadratic effects found at significant non-linear moderator predictor effect. In addition, the majority had methodological problems limitations, demonstrating need future improvements. Conclusion Limited conclusions can be drawn about how match disorder patients treatment. A strong improve consistency rigor series recommendations moderation analyses are proposed in order strengthen facilitate replication efforts.
