摘要: SUMMARY In this paper, a new framework is presented for multi-objective transmission expansion planning which options are combination of lines and phase shifter transformers. This based on multiple criteria decision making whose fundamental elements reliability market. Investment cost, congestion users' benefit expected customer interruption cost considered in the optimization as four objectives. The proposed model non-convex problem having non-linear mixed-integer nature. Hence, hybrid genetic algorithm quadratic programming used followed by fuzzy satisfying method to obtain final optimal solution. methodology has been demonstrated IEEE 30-bus test system show feasibility capabilities model. Also, compare practical plan developed method, it was implemented part real life 400-kV grid. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
