摘要: Abstract This paper proposes a new multi-objective transmission expansion planning (TEP) in order to find optimum location of lines/transformers by considering intermittent nature wind power and variable load structure. To reveal the benefit context TEP, curtailed energy is considered as one objective functions besides sum investment costs penalty for not supplied (ENS). By this way, trade-off between cost established using fuzzy satisfying approach while maintaining adequacy system. The proposed method handled Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-II combined with DC-optimal flow which performed several times obtain ENS. incorporated into methodology agglomerative hierarchical clustering reduce computational effort. illustrated on different configurations modified IEEE-RTS 24 bus test Numerical case studies indicate effectiveness reduction total TEP systems integration.
