摘要: This paper presents a multi-objective methodology for the Transmission Expansion Planning (TEP) problem when uncertainty in demand and large wind generation is considered. The proposed scheme based on Reduced Scenario Methodology (RSM) to represent set. An enhanced NSGA-II algorithm used minimize expansion costs power curtailment, so that set of Pareto optimal plans are obtained. performance evaluated compared with previous work demonstrate robustness approach. Test carried out Garver IEEE 24-bus RTS systems.
