摘要: Sequencing of the left variable region L60V Vero cell-adapted strain African swine fever virus (ASFV) showed presence three genes belonging to multigene family 110 (MGF110) and a fourth unrelated gene. This gene was separated from MGF110 by rich in direct repeats. The first gene, V1L, with 104 codons, only moderately related other two, W1L W2L, 124 80 respectively. These two were closely related, W2L being truncated duplication W1L. Homology matrix analysis sequence against itself existence repeated block corresponding central conserved domain genes, flanked blocks W2L. comparison organization ASFV that field isolates adapted viruses revealed adaptation resulted similar large deletions map, their right boundaries, exactly at same positions intergenic repeat-rich region.
