摘要: Papaya is a widely grown and economically important fruit crop in the tropics subtropics. A serious threat to papaya cultivation highly destructive disease caused by ringspot virus (PRSV) which can result complete loss of yield. Early identification removal PRSV infected plants prevent spread throughout orchard avoid significant loss. In this study, an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy-based immuno-sensor was developed for sensitive detection coat protein (PRSV-CP). The PRSV-CP gene cloned recombinant expressed purified from E. coli. Polyclonal antibodies were raised against PRSV-CP, their specificity as well reactivity assessed western blotting ELISA using extracts healthy PRSV-infected plant saps. sensor surface functionalized with anti-PRSV-CP antibody demonstrate PRSV-CP. prototype biosensor has been that provides convenient on/off visual signal rapidly identify samples contain technology study potential serve rapid, easy-to-use, economical tool pathogens field.
