摘要: A theoretical analysis is made of Gaussian beam propagation in media where the refractive index and/or gain constant varies quadratically with distance from optic axis. Use a complex parameter simplifies analysis. differential equation for deduced wave equation, and various its solutions are discussed. This includes discussion light profile, which found capable supporting stationary beams diameter.
