Microimprinting and ferroelectric properties of poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) copolymer films

摘要: Poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) [P(VDF-TrFE)] copolymer films have been patterned by microimprinting with excellent quality of pattern transferring. Ferroelectricity the imprinted has confirmed ferroelectric hysteresis and surface potential measurement, very good correlation is observed between remnant polarization films. Imprinted P(VDF-TrFE) show high poling-induced when imprinting temperature around 140°C, suggesting that 140°C optimal for The can be used a wide range applications.
