摘要: Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection causes peptic ulcer disease, mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphomas and gastric adenocarcinomas, for which the pathogenesis of chronic inflammation prevails provides pathogenic basis. Since role H. is promoting carcinogenesis rather than acting as a direct carcinogen, several publications show, eradication alone cannot be right answer preventing pylori-associated cancer. Therefore, non-antimicrobial approach has been suggested to attain microbe-associated cancer prevention through controlling pylori-related inflammatory processes mediators responsible carcinogenesis. Phytoceutical term plant products that are active on biological systems. Phytoceuticals such Korean red ginseng, green tea, wine, flavonoids, broccoli sprouts, garlic, probiotics flavonoids known inhibit colonization, decrease by inhibiting cytokine chemokine release, repress precancerous changes nuclear factor-kappa B DNA binding, inducing profuse levels apoptosis mutagenesis. Even though further unsolved issues awaited before phytoceuticals accepted standard treatment infection, can mighty weapon either suppressing or modulating disease-associated footprints infection.
