摘要: The effect of fibrin polymers on thrombin-catalyzed factor XIIIa formation was studied in afibrinogenemic plasma. Fibrin derived from des A fibrinogen and A,B increased sixfold the rate presence EDTA. Calcium chloride accelerated 14-fold without increasing thrombin formation. Fibrinopeptides B had no Des reduced by 20- to 40-fold concentration required activate XIII. Glycyl-L-prolyl-L-arginyl-L-proline (gly-pro-arg-pro), a polymerization inhibitor, inhibited enhancing Gly-pro-arg-pro did not modify plasma inhibit cleavage chromogenic substrate S-2238. These results demonstrate that accelerate
