摘要: The effect of fibrin polymers on thrombin-catalyzed factor XIIIa formation was studied in afibrinogenemic plasma. Fibrin derived from des A fibrinogen and A,B increased sixfold the rate presence EDTA. Calcium chloride accelerated 14-fold without increasing thrombin formation. Fibrinopeptides B had no Des reduced by 20- to 40-fold concentration required activate XIII.
