摘要: The human weel protein, a homologue of the yeast was expressed in E. coli and purified to homogeneity. protein phosphorylated tyrosine residue cdc2 kinase HeLa cell extracts presence cyclin B1. It also but not threonine peptide amino-terminal kinase, although both these residues have been shown be higher eukaryotes vivo. Furthermore, serine are reportedly autophosphorylated vitro, however whereas were not. These data indicate that p50weel is it B1 by another, unknown kinase.
