摘要: It is shown that in two-dimensional semiconductors, the electron-phonon interaction and polaron mass correction are both significantly enhanced by Rashba spin-orbit coupling. The positive for upper branch negative lower branch. Both branches have same binding energy, which higher than systems absence of interaction.
