摘要: Photonic integrated circuits for photonic computing open up the possibility realization of ultrahigh-speed and ultra wide-band signal processing with compact size low power consumption. Differential equations model govern fundamental physical phenomena engineering systems in virtually any field science engineering, such as temperature diffusion processes, problems motion subject to acceleration inputs frictional forces, response different resistor-capacitor circuits, etc. In this study, we experimentally demonstrate a feasible scheme solve first-order linear ordinary differential equation constant-coefficient tunable based on single silicon microring resonator. Besides, analyze impact chirp pulse-width input signals deviation. This device can be compatible electronic technology (typically complementary metal-oxide semiconductor technology), which may motivate development optical computing.
