摘要: This study proposes a new type of calcium phosphate (CaP) scaffolds with continuously gradient macro/microporous structure using the ceramic/camphene-based 3D extrusion process. Green filaments core/shell were successfully produced by extruding bilayered feedrod comprised CaP/camphene mixture lower part and pure camphene upper part. The extruded then deposited in controlled manner to construct triangular prisms, followed assembly process for production CaP structure. In addition, microporous was created heat-treating green body at 43 °C induce overgrowth dendrites walls. scaffold showed highly macroporous within its inner core, where size macrochannels increased gradually an increase distance from outer shell, while relatively larger micropores shell.
