摘要: Abstract In this paper, highly efficient Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 (CZTS) towards photocatalytic H evolution was successfully fabricated by SiO loading and high temperature calcination. X-ray diffraction (XRD) Raman shifts revealed CZTS pure phase with kesterite structure. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) resolution TEM showed could maintain nanoscale size structure after being calcined. The found to be an approach avoid the aggregation of nanocrystals during As elevated calcination temperature, crystallinity increased without observable change, which suggested no change on specific surface area. All CZTS/SiO exhibited superior evolution. Especially, rates for per unit mass significantly enhanced, mainly attributed good dispersion, improved less loss area
