摘要: A comprehensive synthetic approach was employed to identify the continuous regions of T-cell recognition on alpha-chain Torpedo californica acetylcholine receptor (AChR). Eighteen consecutive overlapping peptides, uniform size and overlaps, that spanned entire extracellular part (residues 1-210) alpha chain were examined for their in vitro stimulation lymph node cells from AChR-primed C57BL/6 (H-2b), C3H/He (H-2k), SWR(H-2q) SJL (H-2s) mice. The sites (T sites) mouse strains resided within six alpha-chain. Three recognized by T coincided with antibodies (i.e. B cells) one these three also an alpha-neurotoxin binding region. It is noteworthy that, addition both cells, protein has at least two which are exclusively no detectable antibody responses directed.
