摘要: Studies in this laboratory have resulted the delineation and synthetic verification of several complete protein antigenic structures that are recognized by antibodies. More recently, for first time, full profiles sites T cell been localized confirmed synthesis two proteins, myoglobin lysozyme. These thus far constituted only strutures to be determined. The availability these has enabled us investigate detail molecular cellular parameters responsible immune recognition, responses to, control regulation antigens at submolecular levels. Moreover, investigations afforded general strategies mimicking not sites, but also binding involved other biological activities.
