摘要: Although the genes sequentially transcribed in mammalian embryo prior to implantation have been identified, understanding of molecular processes ensuring this transcription is still development. The genomes sperm and egg are hypermethylated, hence transcriptionally silent. Their union, prepared environment egg, initiates their epigenetic genomic reprogramming into a totipotent zygote, which genome gradually becomes activated. During gametogenesis, sex-specific result eggs with disparate epigenomes, both require drastic establish zygote pluripotent inner cell mass blastocyst. Herein, we describe factors, DNA histone modifications, activation repression retrotransposons, cytoplasmic localizations, known influence at initiation new life.
