摘要: Abstract This paper considers a problem of user and access point associations in heterogeneous wireless networks consisting multiple radio technologies. The current association policies are mostly based on selfish behavior optimizing their own decision criteria. Such simple strategies, however, might fail especially congested place with large number users. From this perspective, study propounds strategy for the that aims at sustainably fairly maximizing minimal utility utilities can be obtained from bare essentials quality experience defined by considering different requirements each user. In order to analyze characteristics proposed selection strategy, we conduct simulations comparing it other method under evaluation criterion. Numerical results suggest i) enhances total sustainable fair manners, ii) indicates distinctive trend load balancing iii) requires comparable computational time handover frequency contrast selection.
