摘要: Groups of distributed generators and resources in the form microgrids are increasingly penetrating distribution network today. Various algorithms control techniques with different levels scale complexity have been proposed for effective efficient management these systems. With increasing penetration renewable fed energy systems, several testing methods also gained importance. Real-time power level emulation is a popular technique which typically employed replicating behaviour single source or load at time provide risk-free flexible environment. The work presented this paper discusses an AC microgrid using system emulator based on bi-directional converter developed lab. effectiveness flexibility setup illustrated simple two inverter (DGs) through four unique case studies not abundantly reported literature: i) heterogeneous controller combinations DGs, ii) operation one DGs hitting its limit, iii) DG operated grid forming mode other following iv) their droop coefficients set beyond small -signal stability limit. modelling validated simulations Matlab cases experiments laboratory prototype.
