摘要: This study was done to characterize the anther derived regenerants (R1) including haploids and spontaneous diploids of minipaprika (cvs.``Vine sweet-red`` ``Vine sweet-yellow`` sweet-orange``) in glasshouse. Eleven (three, seven one from red, yellow orange, respectively) sixteen (five, nine two were grown plastic pot with three (red, orange) donor (R0) F1minipaprika varieties. Regenerants characterized for their plant fruit characters as well color shape. The homozygosity diploid plants each population assessed using simple-sequence repeat (SSR) marker analysis. Haploid by reduced height, small leaves, short petiole internode flower bud all showed sterility vice-versa lines. biometrical traits exhibited greater variation within average value quantitative is lower than standard MR-4 gave highest yield (150.5 g) per followed MY-6 (140.0 MY-8 (130.5 lowest MY-5 (31.5 g). Morphological such further determinedthe microspore origin androgenic obtained culture sweet-red``. Of fifteen plants, fourteen identified doubled microsatellite markers (SSR), these homozygous lines are recommended use breeding program.
