摘要: As a provider of public transportation services in the Philadelphia area, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) operates and maintains large number transit vehicles for daily use. In an attempt to improve service quality reduce costs, SEPTA underwent program train staff on use Statistical Process Control track address issues with its bus fleet. This research presents steps taken by this agency implement part fleet as one element overall improvement program.
