摘要: Abstract The infrared and Raman spectra of ethylmethylsilane, diethylsilane, methylpropylsilane their Si-perdeuterium compounds were measured for the liquid crystalline solid states. analysed on basis normal coordinate treatment. CSi stretching wavenumbers are correlated with conformation (Si)CH 2 CH (C) group. This correlation is in accord that obtained CS alkyl sulphides. In state, ethylmethylsilane takes trans form diethylsilane take trans—trans form. All staggered conformers except gauche—gauche ' latter two shown to coexist state. gauche conformations about (C)SiH axis have similar stabilities each other.
