摘要: In Aspergillus niger , the expression of genes encoding enzymes involved in degradation xylan and cellulose is controlled by transcriptional regulator XlnR. Besides controlling extracellular enzymes, XlnR was shown to regulate transcription intracellular as D-xylose reductase.
