摘要: In recent years, as the commercial availability of 15N-enriched compounds has grown, interest increasingly focused on measurement and interpretation nitrogen spin-spin couplings an aid in spectral analysis structure elucidation. Although present theory is unable to predict accurate values these couplings, a knowledge range coupling constants found for different molecular systems considerable potential determination. This chapter concerned with correlation structure. The constant data presented here are largely derived from compounds, but certain cases 14N available. To facilitate comparisons latter converted corresponding 15N by multiplication |γ (15N)/γ(14N)| = 1.402. subject NMR previously been reviewed Witanowski Webb [1], Randall Gillies [10], Mooney Winson [11] Lichter [12].
