摘要: A total of 118 isolates Gram-negative, non-fermentative bacilli including Pseudomonas aeruginosa (60 isolates) and Acinetobacter baumanni (58 were tested for susceptibility to colistin, fosfomycin, piperacillin/tazobactam. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) fosfomycin piperacillin/tazobactam was determined using the Epsilon (E)-test method. colistin by both disc diffusion E-test methods. A. baumannii, P. 61.7 percent 50 susceptible respectively; 65 100 inhibition zone against all 11-14 mm with within MIC range 0.19-2 mg/L. In conclusion, showed little resistance very active aeruginosa. data did not support stand-alone usage fosfomycin. (J Infect Dis Antimicrob Agents 2009;26:916.)
