摘要: The aims of the present study were to clarify effect kisspeptin10 (Kp10) on secretion growth hormone (GH) from bovine anterior pituitary (AP) cells, and evaluate ability sex steroid hormones enhance sensitivity somatotrophic cells Kp10. AP prepared 8-11-month-old castrated calves incubated for 12 h with estradiol (E(2), 10(-8) mol/L),progesterone (P(4), mol/L), testosterone (T, or vehicle only (control), then 2 amount GH released in medium was measured by a time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay. Kp10 (10(-6) 10(-5) mol/L) significantly stimulated regardless treatments (P < 0.05), E(2), P(4), T had no this response. GH-releasing response hormone-releasing (GHRH, greater than that 0.05). results suggest directly stimulates release do not these Furthermore, they is less potent GHRH.
