摘要: Synthetic molecular spring device featuring: (a) a synthetic assembly, SMA, each scalable chemical module including; (i) at least one atom, M, (ii) complexing group, CG, complexed to an (iii) axial ligand, AL, reversibly physicochemically paired with M (iv) substantially elastic linker, ML, having body and two ends chemically bonded another component of SMA; (b) activating mechanism, AM, operatively directed atom-axial ligand pair, whereby following sending signal, AS/AS', pair for modifying the there is cycle spring-type reversible transitions between contracted expanded linear conformational states ML. Optionally includes (v) connectors, CC, and/or, (vi) binding sites, BS.
