摘要: Aims The overactive bladder symptom score (OABSS) is a useful tool for assessing the four key symptoms of (OAB), but it sometimes misrepresents patient's actual voiding status. To examine whether patient-determined OABSS underestimates or overestimates true status, its results were compared to those derived from 7-day diary (OABSS-BD). Methods: Records patients who visited our outpatient clinic with lower urinary tract evaluated retrospectively. The asked complete and (BD). OABSS-BD was created BD. Questions between OABSS-BD. Results: A total 44 men 31 women evaluated. For daytime frequency, mean 1.03 ± 0.57 0.69 ± 0.52 (P < 0.01). nighttime 2.27 ± 0.84, 1.96 ± 1.00 (P = 0.04). urgency, 2.49 ± 1.83, 2.70 ± 1.90 (P = 0.27). urgency incontinence, 1.67 ± 1.92, 1.52 ± 1.87 (P = 0.28). score, 7.26 ± 3.92, 6.98 ± 3.26 (P = 0.23). Conclusions: very simple tool. However, FVC, present overestimated frequency. Neurourol. Urodynam. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
