摘要: The fluidized-bed catalytic cracking catalyst (FCC) it is a residue from the industry of petroleum that shows high pozzolanic reactivity and, in cementing matrix, significantly improves their mechanical behaviour as well durability. In this research comparative study on residues different sources has been carried out, order to know if these can be used jointly an indiscriminate way or, contrary, necessary classify them according characteristics. Thus, five FCC residues, supplied companies, and physical-chemical characteristics, by means thermogravimetric analysis evolution strength mortars were studied. After analyzing all aspects, concluded no significant differences among tested catalysts found.
