摘要: The effects of processing conditions on consolidation quality for the tape winding process thermoplastic composites with on-line have been investigated. Composite rings were manufactured using carbon fibre (CF)/polyetherimide (PEI) both cases and without an insulated ring. Based heat transfer intimate contact/autohesion mechanisms, a steady-state finite element method (FEM) model was developed to analyze overheating in composite tapes. windows upper bound good lower established speed as function temperature, when compaction pressure kept constant. Good correlation obtained between FEM experimental data.
