摘要: Recent advances of the research on synergistic effect a mixed baculovirus infection demonstrated presence viral molecules enhancing early event infection. The enhancins from Trichoplusia ni was identified to have such function, i.e., disrupting structural integrity peritrophic membrane midgut T. larva. enhancin gene ligated downstream CaMV 355 promoter binary vector pBI121.
