摘要: A method is provided for isolating and identifying a recombinant clone having DNA segment therein coding at least one desired heterologous polypeptide, short amino acid sequence of which known, by effecting cDNA synthesis on mixture mRNAs containing the mRNA resultant mixture, inserting into cloning vehicles, transforming hosts with separating transformants homologous over portion thereof to oligonucleotide probe specific segment; wherein an extension nucleotide primer complementary region target known sequence, longer sequence. Recombinant clones human histocompatibility antigens are provided, in particular, HLA-B antigens.
