摘要: Abstract Emerging evidence has suggested that misregulation of oncogenes and/or tumor suppressors a crucial role in the development lung carcinoma. The present study demonstrated expression levels forkhead box O6 (FOXO6) were downregulated cancer tissue samples, as compared with those adjacent normal tissue. Overexpression FOXO6 inhibited proliferation A549 human cells, whereas knockdown endogenous enhanced cell proliferation. Furthermore, ectopic induced ubiquitin-specific-processing protease 7 (USP7). As result this regulation, overexpression led to an elevation p53 protein cells. In conclusion, results indicated FOXO6/USP7 molecular network important regulation development.
