摘要: ABSTRACTPurpose: We evaluated the results of testicular sperm extraction (TESE) with intracytoplasmic injection (ICSI) in men nonobstructive azoospermia (NOA) associated cryptorchidism.Materials and Methods: A total 321 TESE attempts were done 275 confirmed to recover spermatozoa for ICSI between November 1995 December 2001. Of these patients 38 a diagnosis cryptorchidism underwent 47 attempts. The remaining 237 274 had various other etiologies NOA. outcome measures studied retrieval, fertilization, pregnancy miscarriage rates after ICSI.
