摘要: We present here a familial case of paracentric inversion in man with short review the literature. A chromosome 10(q11q26) was found amniocytes drawn for advanced maternal age. The presence investigated 35 family members three generations. No recombinants were recognized. significance these data appropriate genetic counselling and possible reproductive risks is discussed.
