摘要: Abstract Metal-containing conducting polymers are a new and interesting class of materials that combine some the redox properties those metal ions. In metal-containing conjugated polymers, there several possible arrangements group relative to backbone. this study, metallo-polymers were designed with incorporation valeric bimetallic carboxylic acid complex 4-hydroxy benzoic based on η 6 -aryl-η 5 -cyclopentadienyliron ferrocene-3-carboxylic hydroxymethyl EDOT (thieno[3,4-b]-1,4-dioxin-2-methanol) 2-(3-thienyl)ethanol. The resulting monomers then polymerized electrochemically by having system as backbone metallic moiety pendant On other hand, chemically Bisphenol-A retain in polymer, affording possibility strong electronic interactions between organic bridge arrangement. Spectroscopic, thermal, electrochemical characterizations performed highlight structural attributes polymers. Morphological characterization revealed modified electrode surfaces have very porous surface area.
