摘要: In the last years, issues regarding both sustainable development and business global responsibility have qualified corporate governance effectiveness. Many international institutions intervened companies, at least formally, increased their attention to interaction between stakeholder relationship management economic, social, environmental responsibility. The numerous frequent scandals underline discrepancy firms’ formal statements substantial behaviors.
