摘要: Abstract : Laminin-332 is lost in prostate cancer progression. known to be cleaved by various cell surface proteases, including MMPs, and this cleavage facilitates migration of cells. We have found that individually two serine hepsin matriptase, enhances human cells vitro. Hepsin over-expressed more than 90% cases. Similarly, matriptase cases expression both proteases correlates with tumor However, the mechanism(s) which these play a role unknown. Hepsin/matriptase overexpressing cells, LNCaP show significantly increased on Ln-332. This project aims define played cancer.
