摘要: Anti-DNA autoantibodies are thought to play a major role in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus. However, mechanism(s) by which they participate tissue and organ damage is not well understood. It has been suggested that these antibodies combine with DNA or DNA-histone complexes produce circulating immune may deposit various tissues. Alternatively, anti-DNA could interact directly components way immunological cross-reaction. In this study we have used panel mouse monoclonal anti-nuclear specificity measured their binding membrane proteins several tissues cell lines. We show antibodies, but anti-RNA anti-histone bind molecular weights 102,80,42,35 31 kDa, expressed different combinations on types. The surface was affected DNase treatment target cells, increased antibody preparations completely inhibited DNA, indicating true cross-reaction an indirect interaction through bridge. Our results suggest direct important induction pleomorphic
