摘要: Autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) are a broad of heterogeneous neurodevelopmental disorders, most with unknown etiology. Although the development autism is suspected to be result complex combination genetic, environmental, neurobiological, and immunological factors, role each these factors still under investigation. In this chapter, we review current concepts regarding aspects as they pertain areas our own research. Three specific covered including autoantibodies in children ASD, maternal antibodies directed against fetal brain, immune dysfunction ASD.
